We have launched a new web-based application that allows candidates to register for jobs anytime, anywhere – transforming the candidate journey and reducing the registration process by up to 90%.
Up until now, job seekers have been required to visit one of our 18 branches across the UK, where they would spend up to 2 hours filling in paperwork. Cordant Connect speeds up the amount of time spent in branch allowing our consultants to focus on the candidate experience rather than administration, whilst at the same time creating a totally paperless environment.
